i’m 20 years old and 226lbs at 5’10, i do have a pretty muscular build so i have that going on, so i know i have to lose the weight and go at least to 190, to be the leanest i can, but aside from that, am i cooked? i’m also losing hair but im on minoxidil already, so i dont know if i should go with a bald fade or something, idk if i should grow a beard or not. can you guys please help me out? i need an honest rating and also know i i f i have potential, and how to achieve it

First drop down 12% bf, bimax, rhino to fix that yam, go to skincare thread fix that, canthoplasty and fat grapht lower and upper eye, aswell if your already balding get on finasteride, maybe you could reach ltn

Try a minimal stubble at first to experiment

grow a beard to make your lower third appear wider, u got good eyebrows already, loose some bodyfat to slim down your face and make your cheekbones more visable, they dont look to bad I think with low bf they would pop more, try to get longer eyelashes and curl them up to have a better eye area appeal, my honest advice, get to low bf% asap
