I'm having supra implants, should I include a brow ridge extension ?

I have a very flat feminine brow bone with no projection whatsoever and very recessed supras.

I'm correcting the supras with implants but Ideally to have that neanderthal mogger dark gaze I would also need a mogger browridge.

The only results available online are those of Eppley's patiens which look weird to say the least...

Did anyone here got them ? Even if you didn't what's your take on that ?

What scares me the most is the way the implants would be placed and the resulting scarring : I'm black, our skin don't heal that well and react with a lot of hyperpigmentation.

you should be conservative and go for Giant implants design.

choose your surgeon well and avoid getting botched by eppley. don't go for silicone you need a saddle.
