I have fully swallowed the framepill and I will do anything for wider shoulders.

Currently 18 and have a 20' bidelt untrained.

The clavicles together grow one inch in total after 18.
Using roids, aromasin and gymcelling i will be able to add +0.5 inches

Then if I also gymcel and roidmaxx, I will put on ATLEAST an inch of muscle total on my delts

ALL THIS WILL PUT ME ATLEAST IN THE 95TH PERCENTILE :feelsohh::feelsohh::feelsohh:

it's uncontrolled for hieght, so the 22- 23 inch bideltoids are untrained bideltoids of some 6'5 soilders no?

Youre not 20 inch bideltoid unless fat, tall or gymaxxed, you are for sure measuring wrong.

roidmaxxing i believe can increase clavicles as they dont stop growing till 31 in some people. increasing biacromial width is superior to increasing bideltoid as once those plates are fused nothing can increase it.

I didnt. Im making assumptions based on the fact that roids and hgh grow the clavicles, and aromasin stops their fusion

First time I used prohormones (designer steroids that used to be available on sites like bodybuilding.com before they were banned) I swear I gained more muscle on my traps and deltoids in 2-3 weeks than I did in two years natty. It was fucking insane.

For ribcage, do deep breath swimming, stomach vacuums, dumbbell pullovers, and breathing squats.

If you aren't in your early 20s or younger then forget about it (unless you want to get an x-ray to check if your growth plates in your scapulae and clavicles are still open)

I have literally put 100s of hours into figuring this shit out. DM me if you want to know anything else.

Stand against a wall, and have a friend or family member use a sharpie to put a dot against the wall where your side delt is, and then do the same on the other side. Then use a ruler/tape measure to see the distance between the two dots. You can technically do this by yourself, but it is less accurate and slightly hard. Chances are, if you are untrained you are probably in the 18-19 inch range. Look it up on youtube it this doesn't make sense.

22.5 bideltoid without a major latflair cope is huge. For example, Dolph Lunderon in his prime had around a 23 inch bideltoid

What is your measurment. Remember to stand with military posture and take a deep breath when measuring.
43-44cm. I'm very skinny and hopefully I can put at least 5cm in total by training my lateral delts
 
If you are untrained then you have a good thing to look forward too. 5cm is very realistic withing the first 18 months of serious training.

thanks bro gonna add these and the reeves deadlift, currently focusing on OHP specialization and I’m going to start swimming again three days a week. I’d love to see if my growth plates are closed in my clavicle but I started puberty at 10 and I’m 21 so prob are lol

Good shit bro. Make sure to not do literal deadlifts with the Reeves Deadlift, do it like this guy describes in the video.

Is this worth it at 19? Would i see noticable gains in frame?

I’m very busy but could possible do some exercise for frame. I would rather inject igf1 into delts if it actualy works.

what is considered a good frame? What is a mogger frame? I tried measuring my bideltoid and it appeas to be like 18.7-19.1 Somewhere here. Would 20 be good? Or is that still mid? Also how much can be gained and in what time using the best (realistic) method?

21-22inch is mogger.

You can get away with 20 if you have a narrow waist and hips.
