First time I used prohormones (designer steroids that used to be available on sites like bodybuilding.com before they were banned) I swear I gained more muscle on my traps and deltoids in 2-3 weeks than I did in two years natty. It was fucking insane.
if I increase my free T significantly I suddenly look bigger and more defined after a couple of days, not even mentioning the psychological effects
 
Reeves deadlifts, swimming, hercules holds, WIDE grip lat pulldowns and wide grip deadhangs will widen the skeletal shoulder structure itself given that the bones haven't ossified (fused) and also given that you have enough hgh, igf-1 and nutrients in your system.

For ribcage, do deep breath swimming, stomach vacuums, dumbbell pullovers, and breathing squats.

If you aren't in your early 20s or younger then forget about it (unless you want to get an x-ray to check if your growth plates in your scapulae and clavicles are still open)

Hello! Can you PM me the info? I knew about the majority but haven't tried them in a while... I'm doing stretches ATM and I'm 22 inch bideltoid at 188lb (large frame with 6.5 inch byzigomatic), I don't have too much muscle or fat: last time I trained seriously was 8 years ago but my flexibility always sucked since I was a kid, and after 4 years of doing reckless heavy 3x5 lifting (from 13 to 17, I'm now 25) it only got worse... Now working on it!
 
isnt the chart about untrained bidelt?

it's uncontrolled for hieght, so the 22- 23 inch bideltoids are untrained bideltoids of some 6'5 soilders no?
not really i’m only 6ft and my bidelt untrained is 22
