Why? If ur sitting on here ur probably young, there is nothing u can really regret on in ur teenage years or ur early twenties, it is basically the best time to have fun and start building urself, u cannot even do smth awful that much to regret this at a young age.

Nigger I also do not have any social life at 18 when it should be the peak, almost no exp with women, I was isloated asf since 12-13 yo and I smoked dope everyday for several months when I was 16 like an idiot, wasted a lot of money on cigarettes and another shit during my teenage years, was isolated asf and socially rejected, studied asf at middle and elementary school but spitted on it at HS so finished it worse than I could, fumbled girls that liked me, never talked to my HS crush, and a lot of other shit.
I also regret a lot, but it is pointless bcs u already have done that, if u want to improve u should watch in the future and leave in the reality and do smth nigga

It seems like you have done a lot of things I live in Iraq the opportunities here aren't much and I have never actually talked with a girl that isn't a relative a teacher or 30+ I haven't experienced much my life is mediocre at best and there is a big chance that it will continue to be so.

Then you just gave urself a destination/goal urself - try to move to a good country. U can literally go study abroad if ur English is good enough and ur high school diploma is not cooked, or do it in other ways, but generally u already can set urself a goal - talk to gals', move abroad and etc
