if you're 75% bf i`m you don't walk you scoot faggot, stand up on your feet and walk around would be enough.
Cardio is essential.
If you can stand on your feet more than 5 minutes, standing position, you are not 75 % bf, and that is just a dumb assumption.

Now if you're just fat and can't do much in the gym go for walks 8-10k steps a day is good enough. if you can't be standing on your feet for long, or walks are too hard for you, try cycling 20-30km a day.

No need to start off walking or cycling that much that's just a goal to work towards.

Dont stop eating, being skinny is cope. The worst thing you can do is be malnutritioned because that will lead to many different health problems and affect growth, it is better to be obese than extremely skinny so being fat is actually optimal. The excess weight on your body and large amounts of nutrients likely means you have large amounts of muscle and bone mass under all of your fat. When you are fully developed(maybe you already are) you should try to lose weight through caloric deficit, cardio and lots of steps until you reach a healthy weight under ~20% body fat.
