Update from past thread.

My TMJ is fully gone.

Also my sleep apnea was because of onesided congestion. So I pushed my the left side of my maxilla backward because it was protruding & now I can breathe so much air on both sides equally.

Good luck man. After 2 years of suffering, I used my common sense and it’s fully fixed.

I can finally breathe so much air

What did you do
TMJ: slept and woke up one the side that was disconnected. yawned or contracted my jaw & it popped back in the socket. I did exercises that relaxed my masseter and relieved strain, so it stays in the socket. now its staying in the socket

CONGESTION ASYMMETRY: I pushed the side of my maxilla that was prominent backward and that helped my nose breathe and also relieved strain.
