Everything, i am more into health maxxing then anything particular maxxing, but I'll take it in a bit high dosage for jaw effects, I've read plenty anecdotes and research that it helps with jaw

Yeah i know, i take mk7 100mcg everyday. I'll take mk4 around 15-25 mg everyday
