i dont know if its a zygomatic bone problem but i just cant get hollow cheaks i also dont know how to perfectly balence my electrolytes please provide guidence on that too

4:1 sodium to potassium ratio and low sugar.

Look into a keto diet. Because when you eat a lotta carbs, your body stores it as glycogen, and glycogen holds onto water, so eating more carbs increases your water retention.

Some people (like Aesthetics Waiting) say training your neck till it's wide enough, so your skin is tighter around the rest of your face (skin will be tighter around the neck too to accommodate for it's bigger size).

If that doesn't work, then it's likely a bone structure issue or body fat issue (gotta get down to sub-12%)

Everything is bones, if you're boneless say bye to hollow cheeks.

All these copes before getting to the real problem, being bones. None of these have a significant enough impact to remove hollowing. delete your account for me

I mean hard to know if the problem is bones if you're walking around a fatass and bloated.

After debloating, losing weight, etc. if you still don't have good angularity THEN you should look into growing bones.

While bones are most likely the problem it's best to be sure

I understand what you mean tho

Lack of FWHR
Lack of Forward growth
Bizygomatic width too small compared to jaw
Projected zygos
Small ramus

I mean yeah this is water though, of course fat covers bones. Natural bloating (Mineral ratios) don't make much a difference at all. If your cheeks are hollow they will be regardless and that's due to zygo projection relative to the jaw. Sodium Potassium ratios are complete cope.

The only way you'd bloat enough to see it will be on compounds that actually make you retain MUCH more water than usual, especially in the face. Like Test and AAS, alongside high dose minoxidil.(y)

Could also not have hollow due to immature fat pads/distribution.
