The nose is a very finicky thing to get right
And it’s a massive harmony maker/breaker. Matters a lot, so being conservative is ideal
What did you do with your nose? And what’s the problem, it’s unnatural or something went wrong?

Also the nose does change marginally up to 1, sometimes even 2 years.

Do you send pics in DM, I can rate it from a 3rd party to say if it looks natural or not

i had a bulbous tip and a dorsal hump. The nose bridge, aka dorsal hump was actually really nice and made me look quite robust and carried my looks. The main issue was the fat ass tip that made me look like a witch

But my surgeon suggested making the nose bridge straight so I agreed since I bought into that stupid idea of now or never when I really should have never shaved or reduce my bridge to make it straight

So I love the new tip it’s small and looks natural but the bridge is way to flat now and I basically didn’t ascend since the bridge is weak

I don’t really understand
Do you have an example of somebody who had a similar rhino result before and after?
I thought shaving down was good, because if you just continued it:

It merges into the forehead, and there’s no indent

It’d cuz they projected this guys nose in the photo you shared. They reduced the hump but projected the nose such that a good amount of height of the nose bridge is preserved

My nose tip wasn’t projected much so it still has the same projection as before so less height of the bridge too

Also a dorsal hump looks like a hardened part of bone it’s not just a flat bone. It adds some sharpness and character to the face. It has a texture that is like a firm eagles beak which I like . The flat uniform non hard bone under the new artificial bridge is making me look worse imo

Idk man I think I need revision. I’ve lost a part of myself without my bridge. I didn’t realize how much it was part of me. I’m not complete with out it. I’m not me without it, even if it doesn’t look exactly the same as before I need it back. I don’t think I can let it slide 😞😞 @greycel

Ah I think I get it
How do you fix that, a rib graft?

It really depends tbh. If you think it’s a serious harmony breaker/ looks uncanny, then I’d advise to go for a revision
After all you will be having this nose for the rest of your life
But if you don’t think it detracts too much/ it looks natural, then you shouldn’t trouble yourself with what ifs

We are each our own worst critic
