Bone smashing work to an extent.

Thumbpulling is overhated tbh, great way to make your plate wider but the cons are that the side effects might not be worth your 4 mm expension, your time isn’t worth it, etc.
so overall thumb pulling is mid.

Castor/Rosemary Oils: Its Cope, But can oral therapy be effective?

Zygos,chin,mandible,orbital rim, orbital vector is off, infra orbital,frontal,nasal and some ratios like chin to lip ratio, etc

Face rowing and towel pulling are great ways to get better ccw rotation imo but are very risky, I didn’t do it since I have braces so I can’t, but def would try to if I could.

From what I’ve researched on these techniques are legit but they carry risky side effects such as, teeth falling out , open bite and many more
