Use your fingers (wash your hands very thoroughly)

The minoxidil takes time ti absorb (5-8 hours) so put it nightly. Or just put the moisturizer and spf before it

For your hair and eyebrows part- oral minox for both.

And bakuchiol is great but accutane is serving a different purpose.

Oh I got it, actually on bones you can’t know and especially on your browridge (since the browridge isn’t changing like other bones on your face) but naturally you can do the basics ( vitamin d3, vitamin k2, calcium, magnesium, igf1 boosting, test boosting supplements, boron.

K2 makes sure calcium goes to bones instead of clogging your arteries. Good for bones dev if you’re still growing. Stack with D3 or don’t bother.

Chewing hard won’t increase boneless but only masseter (which would make you look
like your jaw is wider).

And for bone mass take boron, vitamin k2 & vitamin d3 & magnesium (you have to take them together), calcium (optional) and that’s it.
Of course that you would need to do the basics while taking these supplements but that’s just the extra
