Im skinny fat but at the same time my face has as much fat as a overweight person

People often assume that I am overweight but actually im not
Its just my genes brutally cucking me

You could try aqaulyx and by biology if you actually starved your self (wouldn’t recommend) you would access fat storages therefore losing that fat. Another way would be distance running but I’m not sure what level of commitment you have here.

I just solved it by eating clean, walking 12.5K steps a day and gymcelling

yeah I'd guess ur sedentary then

I used to get 10k steps atleast just by walking everywhere and being outside all the time and it helped cut my fat down
