I have been eating like a subhuman for all my life, fast food, high carb, high sodium, high sugar
and my mental health has been shit for all my life, i got 24/7 apathy / i have lost my ability to cry, + severe depression, ocd & add
thousands of years ago there was not many people that experienced depression and brain chemistry imbalance - why?, because of proper diet & daily exercise, nowadays 99% of people are eating like subhumans with lack of exercise and they wonder why they are depressed, instead they get prescribed anti depressants while sticking to their same shitty subhuman way of living
like in my case, only difference is that i know what to do..
so i have decided to go back into the ancient days of eating
Tomorrow my looksmax journey will begin, i will go on strict carnivore diet, basically only eating foods from the animal kingdom / meat+fish+eggs+milk+cheese + not salting food to keep sodium intake lower
and also daily push/pull/legs/core full-body calisthenics routine + running for atleast 30 mins everyday
it will require extreme dedication in the beginning, but once i get used to it, it will be like every other day
Is there any carnivore diet maxxers on here? What did you experience once you got used to the diet?
Does your face really get leaner?, does your mental health improve etc.
