You could use more zygo projection maybe 1-2ml on your cheeks, chin projection, jawline defining and evening out your coloring. Even skin is better just in general but more esp for BBCs

Eyes are tricky. Try Lumify as a eye softmax. The whites of your eyes are well - not white. Im not sure how to remove the yellow pigment but the red pigmentation could be taken care.

Not trying to cope here and dissuade you from surgery at some point. I think Lumify eye drops would improve you A LOT more than you think it would at first glance.
