Working with non whites is impossible. Constantly late, constantly messing up, lying, stealing, wasting time, breaking things, wasting resources, littering, working like idiots, not understanding instructions, talking on the phone for hours, not giving a shit about safety etc.

Working on a 3 month project with non whites takes 2 years.

Can’t wait till I move to white country where I can work with actual humans.
