Hey, what vitamins are beneficial for looksmaxing? I've heard people discredit vitamins by saying they just make your piss expensive. If this isn't true what vitamins can I take to have the biggest benefit to skin, hair, and overall health? Beta Carotene is the only one that has any noticeable effect on your looks.

D3 is legit for your mood

P5P (B6) lowers prolactin and makes you hornier and cures death grip dick
