Impaction in bimax is like doing extractions but on roids. Fastest way to descend is called impaction. Absolute cinema.

Your maxilla grows down and then they make it less high by cutting some of it away. Absolute scam. The worst result i have ever seen was from a brutal impaction bimax

Because jews love some bones and because a long face is only treated that way
So what do you suggest should be done about a downgrown maxilla instead? Or are you saying its over for longfacecels

Surely u would need some sort of facelift after impaction for the loose skin

always depends what possible. if ur downgrown without a gummy smile=posterior downgraft/ccw and if you do have a bad gummy smile you NEED more than just 1-2mm forward upper jaw movement, otherwise you just removed bone which leads to saggy skin/worse aging/nasal breathing

Bro, you’re tired. Stop making so many threads based only on your opinions, with zero rational arguments and full of fallacies and hypothetical theories.

OR

make progress and study plastic surgery, osteotomies, anatomy, design, and all the other stuff you lurk (but still shallow about), and finally prove that you’re the boss.

You are dumb if you dont realize impaction is retarded. Should never be done. Its one of the standard rules of surgery to never remove bone. If you have gummy smile and need its like have protrusion with teeth and need extraction of teeth. Something went wrong and its the only route. But if its not severe enough the side affects isnt worth it. I rather have gummy smile then do impaction. Absolutely ruins faces

And i am not a surgeon and i wont be going deep into scientific papers etc to explain complex things no one else here would understand. I give basic rational comon sense things people just dont have the attention to think themselves. I am not getting paid by medical reasearch team

The Dunning-Kruger effect is a cognitive bias where people with low ability in a specific area overestimate their competence, while highly skilled individuals underestimate their own abilities. This occurs because a lack of skill prevents people from recognizing their own shortcomings, and those with high skill may assume a task is easy for everyone. This bias has been observed in fields like finance, driving, and professional performance.

Fucking beyond brutal. Honestly I wanted a bimax but I look good with fillers and genually u can fix shit like teeth show, short lower third , recessed maxilla with a constant filler cycle of self dissolving fillers. Also not only that but the price, the risk too, getting shit movements and results.

I havent said shit i am knowledgeable, but i have seen things and listen to multiple people and also talked to multiple surgeons. And i have listened to podcasts feom jaw surgeons. Read basic papers about complications etc. I def have some knowledge, but a jaw surgeon with medical degree and doctors thesis in the subject is more knowledgeable. But yea listen to your 5 year learn fast turkey cunt scammer instead

Yea bimax is overrated when you account for everything

Recessed horsefacecel getting worried here. I thought ccw bimax with impaction would fix/help my recessed jaw and long midface at the same time. Am I gonna get cooked?

downdraft for sfs on the other hand is the holy grail, most of the good bimax results, wether it was gunson or Alfaro were all from people with sfs who got a drastic downdraft

I mean yes severe overbite, sfs cels. Not minor. Also a sfs cel needs the right nose and extremly short phil to accommodate. Its a very small sub group of the sfs cels even.

I mean depends on how severe and how much advancement you can take to compensate

10-12mm for mandible and 3-4mm for maxilla if I remember right is the plan
I mean depends on how much impaction and rotation

Agree, teeth show is a mogger trait people are just used to seeing it on down grown orthodontic victims but it’s dimorphic asf on chads

Plus why tf would you want to reduce lower third height unless it’s like 40% or some shit

And the obv thing, why the hell would you remove maxilla bone when it will be raped with time either way. You want to save every little bone in the face. Sure long face is a failo but removing bones isnt even worth the fix

Did u get impaction during bimax and descend from it?

Would probably be better to add width to try to balance out the length

Blackgymmax used filler on the posterior part of his head to widen everything
what the fuck? he used filler on the back part of his literal skull to widen his skull?

yeah this can be legit, zygo filler = migration risk tho
Yeah if Yk how to properly dissolve and place the filler with the right type of filler it’s prob not bad
I think in ur case tho implants prob wouldn’t be bad ngl if I remember ur face right

i would only get a jaw implant if i could get tom cruise's results, he ascended so hard from a jaw implant from dr terino but unfortunately terino is dead now

how tf do u add width though
Via condyle torque, basically rotating the gonions outwards, unsafe as it can relapse or have tmj afterwards.

Plus that you would need a special cut wich not many surgeons do it and it would give you a higher chance of nerve damage, as i remember, the max you can go is 5 mm's.

Depends on wich fillers tho and what you do in the lifetime of the fillers, first 2 weeks has the highest chance of filler migration but still very rare if you do everything that should be done, also depends on the injector and if he injects near the bone and not on top of the muscles.
