Implants vs filler?

I'm wondering which one is better rn, my initial idea was to get some jaw fillers just to see if I like the look and then get the custom made jaw implants, I'm in europe so I would probably look for pagnoni. But I saw some people around here talking badly about jaw implants and how they'll eventually fuck you up, so I'm wondering if I should really pursue it, or maybe get a bimax (even though I really don't think I need it since I want barely any advancement and really just want larger and more defined jaw). Anyway if anyone could help me out figure this stuff out before I start pursuing I would really appreciate it

quite confused when I saw people talking badly about implants saying that they looked weird, fillers looked better, would misalign and gain infection, so I was wondering abt it and decided to ask here, after all I don't think a plastic surgeon that puts implants would be super honest with me abt the risks implants could have later on.

there have been many people who have had implants here.. Look at their experiences.

if the implants are solid and fixed with screws, they stay stable and don’t move.

the implants that look bad are the ones that are poorly designed.

may just not go for fights anymore then, this low key more important than doing random amateur fights here and there, will still train tho since that is relatively low intensity

I mean, screws in general shouldn't make the implants move, but more reliable are the stronger screws, so yes, titanium is reliable.

What made me come to conclusion is that jaw widening trough bimax is actually a good idea and then implants to top it up, since the ramus will be more visible and make the curve more natural (less projection in the implants) and smaller chance of muscle dehiscence, but there's also risk of a condyle problems in the future, not very informed on how much is the maximum mm's you can get, but i think it's 5 on each side.

Yeah, the screws will remain there, probably only the implant may crack if the force was strong.

From the documents i read, it was recommended 5 mm's, you can go more yeah, but i don't know how risky is past 5 mm's if it does problems in the future or not, it may depend on the base of the jaw and how much stress it will be put after the surgery.

bimax sounds hella scary, but honestly probably worthy, do you know if it could help with tmj though since I have that problem too? And yeah maybe 5mm would be too much since my jaw is already 79% of my cheekbone width I just wanna get to like 85 or smth so 2 mm on each side might just do the trick. You should consult with a ortho and a surgeon to see, since they'll know the best, sometimes doing jaw widening may worsen the tmj rather than fix the problem, that's why i am advocating towards a consultation.

Paul is known for his big movements wich aren't always good, and from what i remember he got suspended, don't know if he still is or that it is permanent.

Yeah already have an appointment with an ortho abt it cuz I went to two of (one of them gave me this issue in the first place) and their answers were pretty trashy and had basically no idea, now I'm going to the top guy in my country when it comes to jaw stuff, will ask him abt surgeries and try to probe to see how BP the guy is, may even get the state to sponsor a bimax if everything goes right too lmao. Another dumb question mentioning sleep apnea helps me when pushing for a bimax? I heard it does and was just wondering if they can even know if u have it just so I don't make a fool of myself in case I say I have it

Yes functionally if you want to get your insurance to pay up, but if you want it aesthetically, they won't pay for it, for example someone like ramieri, you can't consult with him, you'll have to be very lucky for your insurance to agree, only if you are in the same country wich increases your luck.
