If you get gonial implants, it's impossible for any surgeron to fully place the implant within the masseters
So it's Always gonna push your massters forward and create the famous "dehiscence" that everyone complains about.
- the wider the angle the more dehiscence you'll get, cause it will push your massters forward.
- if the angle isnt custom, it's also Bad cause tension will be not only lateral but also back and down, creating more dehiscence
- the sharpness of the angle : the more angular the more Fake it Will be, nobody in the world have pointy gonions
Now, on this forum or from surgerons themselves you'll observe that most guys do a revision of their jaw implants because of that problem.
Most Times is to get it less wide and more rounded to make it more natural.
