Chins are so hard to get right and can break harmony so quickly.

I've rarely seen an uncanny chin implant result. i think it's not like cheekbone, jaw implants.

The whole "jaw surgery (technically includes genioplasty) makes you fragile" is something a lot of guys ask about when they are on day 1 of researching the topic. It is not an issue. I don't know of a single issue of genioplasty leading to an injury, ever.
