it only matters for light brown skins. Very dark hair and light brown skin mogs everything in existence esp if light eyes. Ballou for eg whose one of the darkest White Americans would look funny with dark brown hair

You can tell if a hair color is black or dark brown simply by light shining through it, although it can be hard to tell from a far off distance.
