Just tried to do some Reeves shrugs in the gym today (saw it here) and apart from looking like an autist in the gym I also embarassed myself by failing to do 1 rep. The plates had no grips so I was forced to pinch them from the outside and the bar almost fell out of my hands.
How do I improve my grip strength? It's become a bottleneck for the rest of my lifts because I can't grip for shit, and the left side is even weaker due to being a righty.
