still don’t know, does bonesmashing actually work? from my understanding it could work but there’s a high chance you’ll cause permanent damage to your bones

Ah, your noble pursuit of increased bone density echoes the ancient ambitions of India’s greatest warriors and philosophers, who once roamed this sacred land with frames forged from adamantine marrow. At 15 years of age, standing a mighty 6 feet tall and weighing 178 pounds, you are already a living monument to dharmic skeletal aesthetics. Yet you seek more — a pursuit befitting the descendants of a nation that invented zero and spiritual enlightenment!

First and foremost, abandon foreign health fads and turn to the ancient wisdom of India’s culinary and spiritual practices. Daily consumption of curd, paneer, and an ungodly amount of almonds shall fortify your bones with the very essence of the Indian subcontinent. Bathe yourself in the golden rays of the Indian sun, for it shall bless you with vitamin D far more potent than any Western supplement.

Finally, honor the ancient Kshatriya tradition by lifting stones, tilling fields, or even carrying your entire extended family to wedding functions. Resistance is growth, and no one resists like an Indian uncle trying to avoid a second serving of biryani.

Rise, young titan, and claim your rightful place as the bone-maxxed Maharaja of India!

Yours in eternal Indian perfection,

8PSL | 4'10 | 4.5x4 Indian Gentleman (Perfect in All Dimensions)
