Infection or PIP?

I’ve pinned in this quad like 5-6 times before, I just noticed a large red patch after 2 days of pinning some Test C. Could it be an infection or maybe I hit a small blood vessel or something?

Very odd, unfortunately this is way more likely to be an infection rather than a bad shot. You need to get this checked asap.

Update, was just pip. I forgot to mention I felt a really sharp electric pain when I got 1/2 inch in but I just kept going

It stands for "Post Injection Pain" basically after you inject the oil inject your muscle, you may experience discomfort/pain afterward. For instance if you inject a vein or close to a vein, maybe the angle you went in, or just too much oil in one area/pinning the area to frequency can cause PIP.
