Insulin for bone growth

If insulin causes igf-1 spikes and sometimes people who have a high sugar diet during puberty develop better can’t you just inject insulin for igf-1 spikes and bone growth?

I know if you do it wrong you can die but if you research abt it and find the correct way to do it
