Supplementmaxxing question
Hi guys.

I'd like to hear from those of you who have experience taking these supplements, and if so, what approach you've used and if it changed over time.
Specifically, I'd like to know when and how much you vary the units you take over the course of a calendar year, and why.

I'd also like to know if any of you have experimented with doses 5x or 10x the OMS recommended dose, and what results you experienced.
I've been taking D3 (8000 IU) and K2 (100mgc) daily since October.

I can't tell you if I've noticed any visualeffects. I've certainly not experienced any negative effects at all. I simply believe this type of supplement is clearly just an addition to an already fundamentally healthy lifestyle. My routine has fluctuated—negatively—since October, so it's difficult to make an estimate. On an immune level,
I can probably speculate positively, given that I've gotten sick less often and generally felt my recovery from trivial ailments (like minor colds or general fatigue) was less complicated.

If you can share your experience with Vitamin C + Zinc, thank you!

Sad to tell you but it's mostly cope i have taken zinc and vitamin D for 16 weeks no diffrence...

Do a easy cycle instead with like Ipamorlin or somthing
