Invisalign and wisdom teeth extraction

Hey so I went to orthodontist and preferred for damon braces and she got lowkey mad brcause of how I simply thought they were any better than invisalign just because I read it online and its benefits. She said that invisalign is easier to manage and does the same thing. So she said that the braces and invisalign cost the same for me (5k) but I’d have to extract my wisdom teeth first to make room in my mouth for them to straighten my teeth n shit. She said my upper palate isnt narrow tho but might just be the “normal standards” nowadays so idk if I should still ask for MSE.

My main problem arent even teeth that much because theyre not that cooked, its just my recessed jaw and maxilla. I asked her about the lower jaw and she said if they can straighten my teeth and stuff, the lower jaw will be able to come back forward so it kinda fixes it.

Any suggestions on whether I should go with the treatment or is it just cope and they want my money, not fixing my real problems. My only fear is that the oral space will be reduced in the end by doing all that and they gonna fuck me up just for the “straight teeth aesthetics”.

It sort of does I think. Need high iqcels to confirm this. She said my upper teeth are blocking the lower teeth and jaw so thats why its behind as well and if this gets fixed, the lower jaw can move forward.

Im still finding about stuff too. Important studf are that you dont let them retract your oral space and pull out any premolars. Also braces with bands can pull teeth back ehich recesses you. My only questions for now that I only want answers are

1. Does wisdom teeth extraction impact my looks negatively?

2. Braces or invisalign (MSE?)

And the shitty part is that my teeth arent that badly crookes so idek if its worth it to get a treatment. I just wanna fix my recession or make it less visible. Ive heard too many stories how orthos are fucking up peoples health by using old and outdated treatment programs.

do u know whats the difference between pulling premolars and pulling wisdom teeth? why extracting premolars retract but wisdom teeth doesnt?

I went to an other ortho and she set me up for a bimax or jaw surgery to fix my airway and advance my jaw forward. All of it gets paid by the country

It’s not bad. Its just that all surgeries in my country pretty much gets paid by the healthcare. Considerinf a double jaw surgery bcs i told em my mandible is recessed
