I went and talked to my ortho who is an orthotropic practicing ortho, he said that Invisalign wont cause recession unless elastics or tooth extraction is used.
Orthos wont use braces for minor cases cause its kinda pointless you cant move individual teeth with braces you move every single tooth not to mention braces take way longer. And also are a major looksmin for men.

Jesus, wether or not it is a looksmin from a facial structure standpoint is dependent on the treatment process. But from a stylistic or purely accessory view yes it makes you look worse, if i took a poll almost 100 percent of people would agree that men look better without braces .
