Pain, suffering, Stress and mental pressure makes you stronger, its Like confrontation therapy so you will feel less and less suffering Over time, Like Putin is stonehard Cuz He experienced such mental pressure, suffering etc.
Its Like vaccination, U get confronted with Stress in Order to become immune and resistant. I thought i could apply this for approaching women, until im immune against rejection. Or try making Money. All Things are hard at First, then they get easier. Obviously dont overwhelm yourself too much. But get outta Ur comfort zone in Order to grow.
