Mines 14 (brutal) genuinely a big failo for me but I cannot be fucked to train it, 15 still pretty bad

Also have no idea how to visualise a 1-4 inch increase in neck circumference like is that giga noticeable? idk

yes, every cm is noticeable. ideally you want your neck to be in line with your jaw, any less looks weak and any wider looks ogre.
