then you can start with 20mg, just monitor your side effects closely. 20mg caused worsening of rosacea and peeling skin for me.

20mg is a baby dose tbh.

I ran 50 + sarms + roids + other liver toxic shit with only mildly elevated enzymes.

20 is only a concern if youre a complete bitch
