What do I look in terms of bf?why do people care so much about weight? It's only bf% that matters. If you are 15% and weigh 100kg at 183 cm- you are good. If you have 20%+ while being 80kg- you are fat swine.

even on a deficit people gain muscles because their body composition of fat/muscle undergoing the redistributing process.
Just achieve your ideal body fat% first. Then calculate your maintenance- and then add a slight surplus to that. Magic- you already look good and slowly continue building muscles. The transformation going to be slow but in the long run, it's going to end with the same result as bulking autism- they eat like pigs for months then spend the same amount of months on cutting. In the end, most of them gonna gain the same amount of pure muscles as you, the only exception is that you looked good through the whole process.

Would a lean bulk of +300 calories be enough? And at my level could I still gain muscle on a deficit?
