Even I had fat on me when I was 6’0 63 kg with no muscle mass. Now I’m 73 kg with more muscle mass, so if ur 80 kg no muscle mass then you must be pretty fat

I know a sex offender whos 6'0 and 161 pounds, I know because I checked the sex offender registry. 6'0 seems to be a common height for pedos. Anyways the fucker was pretty skinny

Btw i’m around 76 in the mornings atm but I want to bulk up to 80
 
why do people care so much about weight? It's only bf% that matters. If you are 15% and weigh 100kg at 183 cm- you are good. If you have 20%+ while being 80kg- you are fat swine.

So should I bulk another 4kg until i’m 80kg in the mornings and then cut down to 75 or less?
Your muscles won't magically grow faster if you for no reason add + 1000cal over your maintenance. Bulking is a meme.
even on a deficit people gain muscles because their body composition of fat/muscle undergoing the redistributing process.

Just achieve your ideal body fat% first. Then calculate your maintenance- and then add a slight surplus to that. Magic- you already look good and slowly continue building muscles. The transformation going to be slow but in the long run, it's going to end with the same result as bulking autism- they eat like pigs for months then spend the same amount of months on cutting. In the end, most of them gonna gain the same amount of pure muscles as you, the only exception is that you looked good through the whole process.

Tbh I hear different things everywhere about cutting/bulking. Mostly I see that without it natties grow very slowly unless they have freaky genetics.
Would a lean bulk of +300 calories be enough? And at my level could I still gain muscle on a deficit?
I’d like to get to a little below 15%

300 is good. I would go even lower like 150. honestly, I agree on that matter with Greg- he's a walking meme but he's right here imo. I always lean bulked and never noticed a surplus of extra mass when I tried bulking and cutting instead.


The problem with bulking is your muscles won't grow faster if you suddenly eat a surplus of unnecessary shit. you just gonna acquire extra fat giving you an illusion of muscle mass. In your place, I would aim for 13-15% body fat. For that, you probably gonna need to lose extra 5 kilos. Continue eating on a deficit while training. Then after you achieve 13-15% just add a very slight surplus on your maintenance and continue slowly building muscle mass from there.
