Is a negative cancal tilt to positive cancal tilt possible now?

So I kept thinking, if bonesmashing causes tissue over time, does bonesmashing the bottom of your eye in a correct order like: more on the outerside than the inner Side of your eye ( top of infraorbitals ) cause a more positive looking cancal tilt? Or does it mess with the nerves. Looking for serious replies only!
