Is a pfl of 32mm good?

I asked my dad to measure my pfl and he did after calling me a faggot, he said my pfl was 35mm-40mm and I thought "nahhh that can't be right" so I measured myself and he was wrong. I got a pretty consistent measurement of 30mm to 32mm pfl
Is that good or subhuman? I'm Indian if it matters
