You're not stimulating bone growth by causing microfractures from bonesmashing. From the sounds of it, you have possibly ruptured the capillaries in your nasal passages or developed a microfracture in your sinus walls, which would lead to recurring nosebleeds as you have described, stop doing it. You seriously need to IQ max.
