Bonesmashing is the dumbest available activity, dont do this shit

You're not stimulating bone growth by causing microfractures from bonesmashing. From the sounds of it, you have possibly ruptured the capillaries in your nasal passages or developed a microfracture in your sinus walls, which would lead to recurring nosebleeds as you have described, stop doing it.
