Is cheekbone implant not practical for someone with low cheekbones?

If you get malar implant having low cheekbone. It would be an addition to your already existing cheekbone making it too big. Unless you shave your real cheekbones wouldn't this implant be pretty shit?

what if you only got a smaller implant near the upper part of your cheekbone?

the skin rests on the most forward part of the cheekbone, if thats low then it will be low
if its the higher positioned implant, then it would look higher

also could look autistic and unnatural

depends on the surgeon.
Usually more experienced surgeons design the implant so that it somewhat suits ur face.
