I eat hard food everyday (carrots, brocoli, celery)
Do you think it can help improving the facial structure or it's cope and just makes you more bloated ?
I chew everyday for like 40 minutes during my meals (actually I have one meal, I do OMAD)
Whats' the consensus with this ? Are we supposed to eat soft food to not look bloated ?
