It’s not worth it to worry about this or that surgery, lose weight and ask again you are diverting your attention from the real problem here, you are just wasting your time. You don’t even know how your nose would look on your face if you were lean there’s no point even thinking about it for now

When i maked height jump i crushed the bar with my back and deformed it and i didnt feel any pain, very strange

It is an old topic but nobody will gonna get LL in Europe or even surgeons agreeing with it at 182 cm, i am close to 10% percentile height here anyway
