Is dirty bulking the method

Maybe I'm a bot for this but I got calz ai today so I can set a goal of 3000 calories per day. (For reference I'm 5'9 and 140lbs) This amount of cals per day would approximately put me at 15+ lbs on the high end in just 50 days, since maintenance for someone who is 140lbs is 1800 to 2400 calories a day. Honestly I'm alr 10-12 bf percentage and that is fairly low, so should I just fuck it and start dirty bulking?

no dont dirty bulk just be in a surplus no need for acne from goyslop

Got it, but what do you recommend me to eat for the surplus
wholefoods and high protein some "dirty" meals here and there aint a big deal to get ur calories in if you struggle

I am, i used to be 11%bf . Now i am cutting again. I am at 20 %bf rn and i hate my life. I can't wait to be lean again. Trust me don't durty bulk.

I think its like 2g per kg bw? so yeah its a fine amount maybe even abit excessive there has been a debate on if you actually need 2g per kg recently some say it could even be lower but id still just go with 2g per kg as a thumbrule
