Maybe I'm a bot for this but I got calz ai today so I can set a goal of 3000 calories per day. (For reference I'm 5'9 and 140lbs) This amount of cals per day would approximately put me at 15+ lbs on the high end in just 50 days, since maintenance for someone who is 140lbs is 1800 to 2400 calories a day. Honestly I'm alr 10-12 bf percentage and that is fairly low, so should I just fuck it and start dirty bulking?
