looks like an average maxilla to me may as well get a ct scan and take it to a maxillofacial surgeon if you want a better one not sure what softmaxxing you have in mind that would help your case because I don’t have any

if u have any other advice on a facial area i could improve it would really help cause i don’t really know what to do , i try every softmax i see since months and nothing changes
