I mysef am not a good conversator being housebound most of my life but i think this works
Having the conversation flowing is a skill that is learnt with more and more exposure , use different approach each time ,see the pattern that keeps most of them interested and go with it

High iq is attractive but only because of the results you get with it: money and status. The interests you get with it most likely aren't as women don't like stereotypical high iq stuff.

That is not 100% dependent on IQ though. Also, are we talking about an "alpha fucks" or a betabuxx scenario? Every single time I've demonstrated intelligence or knowledge I was faced with "how can you know so many things AWNAGAWD" or I was just acknowledged as being competent. Did they get attracted to me? I wouldn't be here if they did.
