¿IS IT A MYTH THAT YOU HAVE TO SLEEP AT 10PM OR ELSE YOU WONT PRODUCE HGH?

i think it is a myth. as long as you get enough high quality sleep it should be ok. dont quote me on this, ill check properly when ive gone to bed its 4am for me currently.

for the last couple of years i been going to sleep anywhere between 10pm - 5am randomly
and i have went from 4'11 in 2020 to 6'0 in 2024

element of truth. Huberman did an episode on it and the basis behind it is that HGH production only occurs in the first 1-2 hours of your sleep, and your body bases this time off of your regular sleep schedule. So if you normally sleep at 10 and the sleep at 12 one night, you've missed your HGH that night. Hypothetically though if you're consistently sleeping 12-10 or something, it should be the same. So consistency matters more than actual time
 
Hgh releases in the first hours of sleep doesnt matter the time but matters the quality and time period
Meaning get the damn 8 hours and sleep good
