Who can be bothered to go to the gym twice a day we have things to do eyelids to pull

If you are training properly, getting adequate sleep and nutrition you can. But it's kind of pointless, if your working out correctly there's no need to train twice, you can get all you need in 1.5 hours max. Overtraining can also mean more injuries because when enhanced your ligaments and tendons cant keep up with your muscles.
 
You have to keep in mind when you are enhanced you will have alot More muscle which will Need more recovery.

So if you Train 2x a day your workout wont be so effectiv to Build muscle

no theres literally no point, protein synthesis lasts 24-48 hours after workout, if you train twice a day youre literally disrupting muscle protein synthesis and reducing gains
