mouth to nose ratio 1.3 (completely unfixable)
Overall bad harmony.

His philtrum looks ideal as well.

However his ESR is in the 0.42 range, which is his biggest falio by far. Close-set eyes also mess with the Midface ratio, which is most likely why his MFR is a bit lower than ideal, considering ideal FWHR and philtrum.

I have 2 friends that went from 0.49 ESR in selfies to 0.44 ESR in mirror photos JFL.

For me it's 0.49 ESR to 0.465-0.475 ESR.

You never really know. Lens distortion is unpredictable sometimes.
