Is it even worth trying as a manlet?

Due to being limited by height one will always be limited to a max of PSL 2. It does not matter how much they soft max, hard max, clout max, etc max, they will never ascend. Yeah sure these things might improve the manlet and allow them to realize their full potential, but it's just not worth the the effort and discipline just to end up being treated like a subhuman. A life of a manlet should be one of rejection of modern civility, and instead indulging in hubris and hedonism to the highest degrees. Suffocating one's self with copious amounts of instant dopamine pleasing junk foods, fervently chasing that dragon with a crippling porn addiction, and frequently undermining their self-worth by regularly seeing hookers while performing incredibly degrading acts for some sense of domination. At least a manlet can die with some sense of satisfaction knowing that they didn't let modern day societal standards batter and beat them down into the lowest tiers of human specimen. And at least they'll know the feels of hedonism that so few in society shall ever get to experience.

and the result will be an incredibly disproportionate look with a high chance of being confined to a wheelchair. And even if not confined to a wheelchair, the adverse effects from being unable to perform any physical activity will wreak havoc on one's physique which defeats the whole point of it.
