Is it possible to attain model level skin if you have acne scars?

So as the title says is it possible to get model level skin starting from acne scars? pretty soon in a month or so i'll be going to a private dermatologist to consult them about my skin scars and see what i need to get done, but most things have pretty long down times like 1-3 weeks or so like CO2 Lasering, i do have a lot of scars that don't really show in regular lighting since i've gotten rid of my acne and redness but they show in intense down lighting which bothers me, I've been on tret 0.025% for a while which has helped fade out the scars and with skin texture but the deep scars still need laser or micro-needling done. So what should i get down if i have scarring all around? and fixing under eye pigmentation like slight darkness and tear troughs

I'm 19 turning 20 is rf lifting really necessary? laser im doing fs , accutane but get back on next week going to see my dermatologist
